I was having problems with Sims 3 after I downloaded the Seasons EP telling me to 'insert disk now' when I obviously didn't have a disk so I went on a forum which said EA had said to delete the downloads and dccache folders and start again.
However, I realise now, they probably meant delete the content of those folders, because now I don't have a downloads or dccache folder, and every time I try to create them, they do not link up with the game so I can't download any custom content and install it to the game.
Please can someone help, as I've downloaded so much stuff from the exchange and sims store and I can't use any of it within my game![:(]( ":(")
